Privacy Policy

Effective September 12, 2026

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers, and it loads no fonts, scripts, videos, maps, or embeds from other companies. The only personal information I receive is what you choose to send me by email.

Who this covers

Reconfigure ADHD Coaching is operated by Mitch Costanza. You can reach me at mitchcostanza@gmail.com about anything in this policy.

What I collect

From this website: nothing. There is no contact form, no account, no newsletter signup, and no payment processing here. Nothing you read or click on this site is recorded or transmitted anywhere.

From email: if you write to me, I receive whatever you include — typically your name, your email address, and what you tell me about yourself, your student, or your young adult. My email is hosted by Google (Gmail), so Google processes messages sent to me, as it does for any Gmail address.

From my web host: the company that hosts this site may keep standard server logs of page requests, which can include IP addresses, browser type, and the date and time. This is routine hosting activity. I do not use these logs for marketing and do not combine them with anything else.

How I use it

I use what you send me only to reply to you, to arrange and hold a consultation, and, if you become a client, to provide coaching. Nothing more.

I do not sell or share your information

I do not sell personal information, and I do not share it for advertising of any kind. I disclose it only when you ask me to — for example, coordinating with a school or therapist with your permission — or if the law requires it.

Minors

I coach high school students, college students, and young adults, some of whom are under 18. This website is aimed at parents and adults, not at children, and I do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13. When a client is a minor, I work with a parent or guardian and require their consent.

Health-related information

Coaching is not medical care, psychotherapy, or a diagnosis, and I am not a HIPAA-covered provider. I still treat what you tell me about ADHD, executive function, IEPs, 504 plans, and diagnoses as confidential, use it only to do the coaching work, and never sell it or share it for advertising.

Email and ordinary video calls are not secure channels. Please use your judgment about what you send electronically, and save the detailed material for our conversation.

Your privacy rights

If you live in California or another state with similar laws, you can ask me to tell you what information I hold about you, send you a copy, correct it, or delete it. You also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — I do not sell or share, so there is nothing to opt out of. I will never treat you differently for asking.

To make a request, email me with the subject line Privacy Request. I may need to confirm a detail already in our correspondence so I know it is you, and I will respond within the time the law allows.

Do Not Track

California law requires sites to say how they respond to Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. This site does no tracking at all, so there is nothing for those signals to switch off.

Keeping and protecting information

I keep emails and client records only as long as I need them for coaching and for ordinary business and tax records, then delete them. I take reasonable care to protect what I hold, though no method of sending or storing information online is completely secure.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new effective date.
